Abstract : The Iranian-Turkish relations are among the sensitive and very important historical-political issues. Both countries had played an important and pivotal role since the previous centuries, specifically since the fourteenth century, after the emergence of the Safavid state and the features of sectarian conflicts between the two parts of the Islamic world (the Iranians and the Ottomans) began, and it developed. These relations were negative, sometimes positive, until they reached what they reached during the days of the Pahlavi family government and a few days later, following the outbreak of the Iranian Islamic Revolution in February 1979 AD. Our research is about shedding light on the nature of economic dealings and relations between Iran and Turkey, starting from mid-1978 until mid-1979 AD. We have found it important to shed light on these very important documents and to state the very important historical information they contain about the relations between both countries, Iran and Turkey. We relied on the Persian version and the translated version to reveal the sources of these important documents, and we found only slight and simple changes between the two versions.
