Abstract : The long-term Chinese goal is to erode US dominance in global political, economic, and military affairs. The global economy is reeling due to COVID-19's unexpected effects, writes Ravi Agrawal. The rapid spread of coronavirus worldwide has opened up new avenues for discussion. The crisis has prompted many countries to engage in new geostrategic formats.
